These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ScoutME mobile application and related services. ScoutME is operated by the ScoutME Team.

By using ScoutME, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the ScoutME Privacy Policy.
Age Requirement
ScoutME is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use ScoutME.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and profile creation.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under their account.
ScoutME may review, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the app, or create safety or privacy risks.
Roles in the App
ScoutME may include different account roles, including player, scout, trainer, and admin.
- Players may create and manage sports profile information.
- Scouts may browse profiles and request contact where available.
- Trainers may browse player profiles and request contact where available.
- Admins may manage users, content, and contact requests.
Available features may change over time.
User Content
Users may submit profile information, photos, descriptions, certifications, and external video links.
Users confirm that they have the right to upload or share any content they submit to ScoutME.
Photos or video links uploaded or added by users may appear inside the app as part of their profile. ScoutME will not use user photos or video links for external marketing without additional consent.
Users must not upload or submit:
- False, misleading, or impersonating information.
- Content they do not own or have permission to use.
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive content.
- Sensitive personal information in fields not intended for that purpose.
Contact Requests
ScoutME may allow scouts, trainers, players, or admins to request contact between users.
ScoutME may restrict direct visibility of personal contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers. Contact requests may require admin review or approval depending on the app flow.
Users should communicate responsibly and professionally.
No Guarantee of Opportunities
ScoutME helps users create profiles and discover sports-related opportunities. ScoutME does not guarantee selection, contracts, employment, representation, club acceptance, or any specific result.
Any agreements or arrangements between users or third parties are their own responsibility unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access.
- Collect, copy, or misuse other users' data.
- Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
- Upload malicious content or interfere with app operation.
- Use ScoutME for illegal or unsafe activities.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account from inside the app using the Delete Account option. When the deletion is confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be deleted immediately or as soon as technically possible.

Email deletion requests will be handled according to the ScoutME Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The ScoutME app, branding, interface, and related materials belong to the ScoutME Team or their respective owners. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse app materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
Users keep ownership of the content they submit, but grant ScoutME permission to display that content inside the app for app functionality.
Service Changes
ScoutME may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
ScoutME is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ScoutME Team is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the app.
